What You Gonna Do

Good evening and Happy Friday. I was speaking to someone I know and she has a rough job. She is teacher at a turnaround school. For those of you not from Chicago a turnaround school is one that has done so poorly in testing at a certain grade level for their students that the Board of Education comes in a takes all of the old teachers out and replaces them with an organization responsible for getting the children to score higher. Now some of the tactics they ask my friend to use goes against what she is all about. The children are in a dark place when they come to and leave for home as their is no love, kindness or peace in most of their homes. But from the time children reach the school she is like a light to them the way she encourages and fights for them to love themselves. This is just one person who makes a difference. My question today is What You Gonna Do?
See we leave in a world that doing bad seems to be ok. I look at social media lately and have seen two instances of people fighting and an adult just watching. You see young girls who dress as if they are grown
and even talking to grown men doing grown acts. We see young men who just hang out they entire day as if
they are working a ten hour day. Many of us "saints" see this but we might as well be deaf, blind and mute. God is looking and asking, What You Gonna Do?
In going to the powerful Word of God to see What You Gonna Do I go to Genesis 33:1-4. In this passage Jacob wants to go home and but fears that his brother Esau will hurt him so he sends the women ahead of
him but forgets that God will fight his battles. Many men allow the women to raise the children all alone and then wonder why the youth have such a low opinion of the men who are their fathers and I include myself in that bunch. Esau had love for his blood in spite of. So should we men in spite if that woman who had your child has moved on. What You Gonna Do.
In looking at the second example in the Word of God of What You Gonna Do I go to 1st Samuel 4:14-17. In this passage Eli hears from some one who fled from the battle to inform him that his two sons have been
killed. and the ark of God had been captured. The thing in this passage is the messenger who fled from the battle instead of doing whatever is necessary to protect the things of God. We as a people of God have gotten comfortable with sex, drugs and nudity being paraded before and have fled the scene instead of protecting what is Gods. What You Gonna Do.
In going to the last example of What You Gonna Do in the Word of God I go to Galatians 2:11-14. Peter is called out by Paul because he gets around his home boys and acts likes he never knew people he did hang
around. Many of us get saved and forget about our friends and family and then wonder why they do not want to talk to you about God all time. They remember how you were but when you get around the "saints" you walk, talk and act a certain way. What You Gonna Do?
In closing there is never a time when we should act like Jacob, the messenger and Peter in the passages of that I shared. In Matthew 5:14-16 it tells of how we as men should act and how our light could shine so bright we could change the atmosphere. In Joshua 23:10-11 it tells of how if you God on your side and you love him you can fight any battle and never run away. And in Esther 4:13-14 it tells of how if we let a generation just go away without a fight the blood can certainly be on us. What You Gonna Do? I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching and ask him to bless all who read this. Sunday School is important. Can you attend/ Have a great weekend and great job this month all.

Just Like You

Good afternoon and Wonderful Wednesday. As I was coming in to work this morning I was reading a business report about how Samsung had to pay Apple money ( a billion dollars) for copying features of the IPhone. The is also a new feature called fingerprint scanners that are being copied from Apple by Samsung as well as HTC. Even mighty Apple copies things from other companies. In business they have learned to be successful you have to see at how a proven product is built to gain market share. We as believers of God have a proven model for things to better in our lives as well as others. And when non believers see this they would want to be Just Like You.
See  we as believers of God can expect so much from him. I am at the point if God does not do another thing for me it is ok but he has already done enough. Do you know how my family, friends and those who knew
knew me in the past questions how I have changed. I am an encourager and attempt to motivate others. I am a person who teaches the Word of God. It only happened because God is the head of my life. When your light shines others want to be just like you.
In going to the Word of God for this teaching on Just Like You I go to Deuteronomy 28:1-14. In this passage of scripture God is telling all those whom believe on him that he will bless you in so many ways. It
should be the success you are having in your business, arts and entertainment or even in government that people see how God blesses you they want to know how you got it and be Just Like You.
In going to the Word of God again for the teaching Just Like You I go to 2nd Chronicles 26:1-14. In this passage we look at the great King Uzziah whose hearts went after God's and wherever he moved God was
with him. As believers people should see how he has blessed your social media and your education ventures. See these are things that make those who even may backslide to become Just Like You.
In looking at the last example of Just Like You in the Word of God I go to Mark 2:5-12. In this passage of scriptures There are those who are questioning the power of Jesus and how he could forgive sins. We as
believers can heal and be successful in changing the area of family and religion because we have the power of Jesus inside of us. When those who lack faith see how we get things done the will want to be Just Like You.
In closing being just like you is not easy because the enemy places jealousy and  hatred in some who will not want to see what you have inside of you. But your faith allows God to bless you in more ways than you can imagine. You just have to stay strong. Your trust will God move any enemy out of your way. You just have to stay true. And the power of Jesus is something that cannot ever be denied but even the devil tried to trick him as well. But we have a mediator in Jesus. People we are examples and other should want to be Just Like You. I give God all the glory and the honor for this teaching. I ask God to bless all those who may read this teaching. And Father God I strive each day to be Just Like You. Have a great weekend all.

Authenticity

I have always loved authenticity! The originality of a thing is much more valuable to me than any copy or made to form. I often struggle, when I do not see this in Christianity. Not growing up in church and no one around me being "saved"  I always saw the truth of a person. If a brotha was a hustler, he hustled no matter who's was around. If a sista was a hoe, she was a hoe and she did not care rather you knew it or not. The people around them were okay with it because you knew it was their truths. You just left the money at home and kept the hoe away from you man.
When I am around Christians I can't always tell who they are, which is the total opposite of what Jesus died for. How did you get delivered, healed, and set free if you are always pretending to be "perfect". I am not offended by my fellow saints sins and really don't care if they are offended by mine. We are not to judge but to pray for one another.
It is easier to pray and witness to the unsaved because we see their sins but Christians are not that free. We bind each other with crooked smiles and cold eyes attempting to point out each other's wrongs so we look  right. Let's do each other a favor as we try to walk together with Christ in love... Set each other free so we can be authentic.

Rhema Word 2.0 would like to thank Valley Kingdom Ministries International Children's Church Pastor Sabrina Williams for an awesome teaching. Rhema Word 2.0 ask God to continue to bless the Children's Ministry and this strong woman of God.
