Rhema Word 2.0 Gives God all the Glory and Honor.

Good evening all. As we get ready to end the Year of 2013 we at Rhema Word 2.0 celebrate the fact that we would not be anywhere without the awesome guidance of God. Most times when a teacher has that lesson that moves the crowd they look for adoration for themselves. This is not the case here at Rhema Word 2.0.  We could not have awaken each day that we were called to teach without God on our side. We could have never been in this position if God had not sent Jesus down on earth to die for our sins. We could never teach properly without the Holy Spirit speaking thru us. We give God all the glory and honor.

In life we give glory and honor to many things. When there is a great meal prepared we give the Chef thanks and honor him with a tip. In sports we look up to our heroes and applaud them when they do well and honor them when they receive the contract they have well deserved. As our children are growing up we give them glory when there grades are good and honor them with some kind of reward. When you give God the glory and the honor without expecting nothing in return he still brings glory and honor in your life. In looking at the Word of God there are many examples but in the next three paragraphs I will use just three.
In looking at the first passages of scripture I go into the Word and see in Genesis 13:14-18 that Abram had to separate from Lot to actually receive the glory and honor that was promised to him in Genesis 12:1-9. In Numbers 23:19-20 it also tells once God says something it will happen. Once Abram received the land he built an altar ( verse 18 ) so he give God all the glory and honor. We here at Rhema Word 2.0 give God all the glory and honor and will continue to let him use us as his vessels to teach those in the Canaan's of today as well as the Sodom's and Gomorrah's of today.

In the second passages of scripture I go into the Word and see in II Samuel 7:18-28 that David ask God what he can do for him after God has united both kingdoms, provided rest from battles and blessed the House of David with a kingdom for not only him but for all of his descendants ( verses 1-17 ). So David decides he will build a house for God to show him glory and honor. David's lineage continued even to the bloodline of Jesus ( Matthew 1:6--17 ). In Titus 1:2 we see another writer reaffirming that God cannot lie. Rhema Word 2.0 gives God all the glory and the honor allowing us to continue to establish and live in your kingdom here on earth with our teachings.
In looking at the last passage of scriptures and go in the Word and see in Hebrews 8:6-13 where that by dying for all of our sins there was a final covenant that God shared with his people. The people of God had to sacrifice to give the glory and honor in the Old Testament but when Jesus came he provided us a heavenly sanctuary that sacrifice was no longer needed ( Hebrews 9:11-15 ) and that we may obtain the promise of eternal life. In Hebrews 6:17-18 there is further evidence that God does not lie and his promises are forever binding. Rhema Word 2.0 gives God the glory and honor and will surrender are bodies and minds as a living sacrifice to teach the seniors the adults, the youth and even those who cannot speak or hear.
In closing each passage of scriptures used was a covenant God made in three different time frames. He made a covenant with Abram that the people of God and Abram was blessed beyond his wildest dreams, Abram achieved this by first giving God the glory and honor. David was king even while he still was a shepherd and was blessed with kingdoms for being obedient and giving God all the glory and honor. Jesus sacrificed his life so that we could continue to be free of sin and we could be able to give God all the glory and the honor. Rhema Word 2.0 being a part of Valley Kingdom Ministries International will always be part of the vision of Apostle H. Daniel Wilson and Senior Pastor Beverly L. Wilson who consistently give God the glory and honor he richly deserves and be of his covenant.  I give God all the glory and honor for this teaching. I want to thank Superintendent Elizabeth Hope, Minister Kim Baker and the Mountain of Education leaders, Pastor Rocheroyl Lowery and Pastor George Robinson for allowing to teach via social media and being a part of Rhema Word 2.0 Facebook page. There are bigger things ahead in 2014 as will be explained in a upcoming blog featuring Superintendent Elizabeth Hope. Have a safe entry into the new year all.
