Dreams

Good evening and Thankful Thursday. There are so many of us that have so many big things that we want to do in life. For some of us the thing called life has gotten in the way. Some of us have started a families and have put out what we sought to do. Others may have gotten locked up and see no hope for tomorrow. And there are others who just cannot see what is the point of trying if we are going to fail. We have God on our side and no matter what looks to be as dim light he can make it happen. fulfill your Dreams.

In beginning this teaching of Dreams I want to define the word dreams and I go to my source of definitions and that is dictionary.com. The word dreams means as follows: a vision; aspirations; and a succession of

succession of images. As men and women of God we all have dreams of seeing the Kingdom of Heaven one day but God is a provider of things here on earth as well. He allows us to see our Dreams.

As I begin this teaching of Dreams I go to Genesis 37:23-24. In this passage Joseph had come to help his brothers work but instead they were still mad about the vision that God had given Joseph so they

wanted get rid of him. In some instances we as the people of God are going to have a vision and it is not going to line up with what others expect it to be and they will tear you apart and cast you in a hole. Dreams.

As we continue in the Word of God for this teaching of Dreams we go to Genesis 37:18-20. In these verses Joseph's brothers have already seen him and still bothered by the aspirations that Joseph has

 been given by God are coming up with a way to silence him. It may be your own blood that wants to stop the aspirations and have not acted but are already plotting because what God has given you they cannot see. Dreams.

As I come to the last example of the teaching of Dreams I go back to the Word of God and to Genesis 37:5-11. In these verses Joseph has a succession of images that he tells not only his brothers but to his

Father as well. They all doubt his dreams and the hate of his brothers is intensifying. As men and women of God there are going to be times that God gives you a succession of images but not everyone is going to take pride in what he has given you. Dreams.

In closing many of you have Dreams that seem to be impossible. You are asking yourself how can I be the next big movie producer, have a successful social media website, change the mindset of those who use the rules of religion to restrict and contain the advancement of religion, that wants help families, that see they could be a great help in the education field and that wants to be a successful business person.
